Investing in massage is an investment in your health. At With You in Mind, all services are determined by each individual's needs and requests at a flat fee. Therapy sessions will often be a combination of the following massage modalities; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Myofascial, Lymphatic Drainage, Geo-Metric Release, Neuro Muscular, Pain Management, Visceral Manipulation and Hydro Therapy.

Cancellation Policy
After business hours appointments are available upon request. Please come to your appointment 15 minutes early so that any new conditions can be discussed and paper work can be completed without compromising your treatment time. That way every minute of your treatment time is spent with massage therapy. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required
when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." They will be charged for their "missed" appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

I am a Yucaipa resident of 30 years, married for 28 years and have three adult children. I enjoy reading and being outdoors. The best is when I can read and be outside at the same time! I like experimenting with new recipies and am a food network junkie. I am intrigued by the bodys' abilities and enjoy learning new massage/bodywork techniques. I treat all clients and their physical needs indivudually and with great respect and compassion. I receive a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction when I can help people feel better and become free of pain and restriction of motion.

These products are phytoceutical, meaning they are cosmeceutical grade but made with all organic ingredients.

Philosophy of Healing
Through God's power the body heals itself, but it sometimes needs a human assist. That's where we come in. Since 1972, I've used hydrotherapy for infections, inflammation, sprains, and pains. I've used massage for stress relief and muscle release. Whatever your needs, we'll work together.
Nutrition counseling
Most babies come into the world healthy. We make them sick by what, when, and how much we put into their stomachs. Heart diseases, strokes, diabetes II, some hypertension, obesity and its related problems can be prevented or remedied by proper nutrition. But contrary to all the expensive advertising, there are no magic bullets or secret elixirs from the South China Sea. The nutrition problems in the U.S. are mostly from eating syles that can't be fixed by expensive supplements. I do recommend a few. We'll work together to find the underlying cause for any concerns you have.
Fitness counseling
Physical conditioning consists of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and proper stretching......and a good attitude. The good news is that for the average person, straining is not necessary. The best program is when it is pleasurable. I'll show you how. We'll do whatever is necessary; posture analysis, muscle testing and balancing, pain relief, etc.
