University Broiler & Grill established in September 1998. We proudly created our menu with your health in mind. Our beef, poultry, and seafood are fresh and marinated 24 hours before broiling. We remove extra fat and skin from our meat and marinate in a special blend of our exotic herbs and seasonings and then flame them over a specially build broiler to perfection.
