About Us
At the Underground Gym you will not see people reading a magazine while exercising. You will not see them sitting down either. Our training will demand your full presence, total concentration, a connection of the mind and the body.
You will FEEL ALIVE as you engage in progressively more sophisticated joint mobility drills, bodyweight exercises, Russian kettlebell lifts and martial arts moves. This is what training is supposed to be like. In fact many of our clients comment that “a few hour a week spend with us is their best vacation”.
Our unique training facility has everything necessary for world class training environment: surround sound stereo system, mats, medicine balls, kettlebells, pull up bars, rings, ropes, tires, sledgehammers, heavy bags, pads, clubbells, barbells, bumper plates, etc. Basically, it is a PLAYGROUND for adults, but with laser-like focus towards accomplishing your training goals!
