About Us
Transform NOLA is a yoga and functional movement studio that offers yoga, TRX, and Pilates-based classes throughout the week. Private or group sessions are offered at the studio or in the privacy of your home or place of business. Two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings are offered each year – a weekend schedule begins in the winter and a weekday schedule begins in September. Also available for corporate wellness support at events, conferences and retreats.
