You can't just sign up for a group training class. As a prerequisite, we offer a comprehensive, medically based fitness/training evaluation upfront-at no charge. We screen for injuries and potential vulnerabilities and determine whether you're ready to participate in group classes. If you're ready for these demanding, fast-paced classes, you can start right away. If not, we'll develop a customized plan to address any injuries or issues and get you ready for group. (We offer physical therapy if needed)

Hard Core is a high intensity class with the primary focus of working from the core out. This class seamlessly concentrates on developing your core strength, building important ancillary strength, flexibility, and spinal decompression, as well as establishing the important symmetrical cross body connections needed between your hips and shoulders. Oh yeah, you will get a great sweat in too, as you continually generate internal heat, as you truly connect your upper body to your lower body. This invite-only program is designed for the individual looking to achieve the greatest results in the shortest amount of time; safely and efficiently, based upon each individual's goals, helath history, and activities. TBX 30
Our lunch bunch groups are catered to our extremely busy clients. These high intensity 30 minute workouts are high impact, incorporating strength and cardio. Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30PM - 1PM in Wellesley, MA
Hard Core Sweat
Pilates based work out, incorporated with cardio. It is a 60 minute, fat burning hour, stemming from your core. Toning and strengthening your whole body. The workout is limited to 6 people

Dry Needling
Integrative Dry Needling
is a contemporary dry needling approach created by Dr. Yun-tao Ma and Drs. Travell, Gunn and Dung. The concept of dry needling is a systemic treatment approach that takes neurophysiology and neuroanatomy, clinical experience and evidence based research in neuroscience into account during treatment. Train Boston's Elite Trainer and Physical Therapist, Michelle Milos, is proficient at Clinical procedures for both preventing and treating soft tissue pain using a dry needling techhnique. Dry needling techniques can assist in treating soft tissue trigger points, spasm, radiculopathy, hypersensitivity, tissue edema (such as compartment syndrome), and biomechanical balance. A great supplement to physical therapy. The physiology that occurs when a needle is inserted into the tissue causes vasodialation and formation of new blood vessels, thus facilitating repair after injury. Train Boston Pilates private sessions are 55 minutes. An experienced, certified Pilates instructor will coach you through a session tailored to fit your individual needs using the mat, reformer and tower. Privates are the most effective way for beginners to start this totally individualized workout and get results fast. Duet
Train Boston Pilates duet sessions are 55 minutes and taught by our experienced, certified Pilates instructors. Duet partners are carefully matched so that both clients' needs and interests can be fully addressed during the Pilates session. These sessions will utilize the mat, reformer and tower. Duets are a very effective and an affordable choice for receiving individualized instruction. Duets are a great way to stay motivated by working out with a friend
Mat Groups
Train Boston Pilates mat classes are 60 minutes long with a maximum of 10 people. Mat classes will utilize the mat, power circle, and lightweights to stretch and strengthen your body. The instructor will make an assessment, teach you important fundamentals and place you in the mat class best suited to your needs. This is ideal for those who are motivated by the energy of the group

This group is designed to mimic TBX as closely as possible. You will place more of an emphasis on fundamental movements to help clients progress through movement issues, injuries, and build strong bones. This class can be used as a stepping stone from physical therapy to other groups or activities. You will receive the same challenging workout and 8:1 client to trainer ratio as TBX, but will also never feel as though a movement cannot be done due to a physical limitation.
Strength X
Discover your potential for pure strength. This program is focused on building as much strength as possible using the best tactics in the industry. Strength training should make your body feel good. Our program is focused around increasing the big compound lifts with assistance from functional muscle building accessory movements, while mastering the technique, and minimizing the risk of injury. This is not your basic strength class. We will be pushing your limits every week with proper periodization to keep you progressing as time goes on. To attend this class you must pass an specific evaluation from a trainer. This is not a drop in program. We will build you up into this program. This program will demand your best. Participants are expected to commit to the full program and we will not make regressions if you are not doing your part to show up and give your best.
Group TBX
This group allows you to seamlessly mix cardiovascular work with strength work. Come 1 day a week and get a good mix of everything or 6 days a week and build a full body program. With the maximum of an 8:1 client to trainer ratio, you will get constant hands-on attention ensuring that you have a safe, effective and high intensity workout.
