At TPC Fitness Studio we offer a fantastic variety of classes designed to take your personal workout to a higher level by adding the fun and challenge of group fitness. We have something for everyone to keep the workout fresh, fun and challenging. Our unique concept of an individual working out within the group, keep our members inspired and motivated. You always have a Trainer, a Coach, a Mentor-and the group to keep you moving and striving. We have Spinning, Weight Training, Cross Training, Revolution, TRX Suspension Training mixed in with Weight Training, Pilates, HIIT and More!! Sometimes we need a little guidance on making it all work. Life can be overwhelming and she offers all types of ideas that will enable you to feel empowered and handle all that is given to you.

Whether you are looking for guidance, support, accountability or maybe just a kick start, The Perfect Circle Fitness Studio has a trainer to match your needs. All of our Trainers have 20 years plus in the Fitness Industry specializing in their specific Passion in the fitness industry. Bertha Nutrition, Athletic Performance and Conditioning Spinning Weight Training Millie and Denise Pilates Millie Revolution Javier, William and Fabio -Personal Training, HIIT and Specialized programs such as Athletic Performance and Conditioning, Nutrition, Kids Wellness Millie-TRX Suspension Training, Pilates, Cross-Training, Personal Training is available to all of our Members and we will custom design a program for you. One on One as well as Two to Three. We combine all types of training specific to our Client's needs.
Smoothie and Coffee Bar
At TPC's Smoothie and Coffee Bar, we believe nutrition plays an integral role in health and fitness. Our Smoothies, Juices and snacks are designed for either a pre-workout boost or a post-workout recovery. All of our Smoothies are nutritionally balanced and provide you with the necessary nutrients to keep you on top to your fitness goals and as an added bonus they are DELICIOUS. Pump-A Group Weight Training Session set to Music

spin bikes, weights, weight training equipment and cardio equipment - a little of it all before work/school

a series of movements done on a reformer bed for length, strength, core and more
Cutting edge Fitness not only focusing on the Body and it's Strength but the Mind and it's Strength. It is all connected. We have developed a Unique concept where everyone feels like it is their place where they can be challenged in Mind and in Body.
