The Main Cheese is a first in the Central Arkansas area. Our primary focus is gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, although we also serve deliciously healthy salads along with appetizers and desserts. The vision is to expand on the classic grilled cheese by introducing innovative, gourmet creations that ultimately pay homage to the diner favorite, while still offering the choice of handmade salads and 100% Angus beef burgers.
