About Us
Few restaurants are lucky enough to be associated with working farms for produce. Fernand and Odette Tersiguel have transformed their property to a small farm that we receive produce from each summer. If you visit the farm, you will find an assortment of fresh produce including tomatoes, potatoes, greens, herbs and flowers that Chef Michel incorporates through out his menu.
