embodyment yoga therapy is a gentle yoga therapy based on the principles of svaroopa yoga. the embodyment therapist uses specific points to unravel the tensions in the spine, the core of the body. when you release the tensions in the spine your physical, mental, and emotional well being improves. some people receive embodyments to relax and reduce stress, for others embodyment helps with specific aches and pains, it does all this and more. it will deepen your own yoga practice however you don't have to practice yoga to receive the benefits of embodyment.

Svaroopa Yoga

svaroopa yoga poses are designed to release the tension in the muscles connected to your spine, the core of your body. everything in your body traces back to the spine. when you begin to release these core muscles your whole well being improves, physically, emotionally & mentally. if you want to be less stressed, yoga helps, if you want to feel happier in general, yoga helps, if your body has aches & pains, yoga helps. svaroopa means the bliss of your own being. as you begin to unravel the core tensions (we all have them) who you truly are begins to shine thru, the bliss of your own being shines thru and you become happier, more content, you experience life as being easier.
