At Sky Frog Studios we strive to offer the most dynamic total body experience possible. We draw from our extensive anatomical and kinesthetic knowledge allowing classes to be both challenging and safe. Our Pilates classes are a mixture of reformer work and springboard/wall unit exercises. Each class is custom tailored to be accessible to any level student. We incorporate stretching and release work into our fitness based classes to provide complete body conditioning and core strength. Class size is 4 students.
Our yoga classes are designed to provide muscle definition, core strength, and to bring intention into the relationship between breath, alignment, and movement. All yoga classes are limited to 15 students in order to maintain the integrity of the practice, proper pose alignment, and maximize the ability to safely challenge each student at their level.
We offer private yoga sessions and Pilates sessions for those new to the practice, dealing with specific limitations, or those just wanting to move deeper into their practice with one on one guidance.
We are also happy to introduce: The Works! One giant helping of all the things you love. You do Pilates. You do Yoga. You do cardio. Now we offer it to you all together on one platter...with an extra serving of PLANK! The Works consists of a 15 minute warm-up and three 22 minute circuits that include work on the Pilates reformer, Yoga strengthening, and cardio. This class is led by both Sara and Arwyn and promises to be challenging, rewarding, and FUN!
