We only serve seafood that is 1) healthy, 2) fresh, and 3) ecosystem friendly. Let us explain:
1) Healthy - Our fish is caught wild, not farmed. Wild fish are much higher in Omega-3 oils than farmed fish and avoid the high levels of contaminants and antibiotics found in fish from farms. Even the gourmet salts for our fish and chips are rich in healthy minerals, hand harvested and sun-dried.
2) Fresh - We take daily delivers of our seafood.
3) Ecosystem friendly - Our seafood is certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), which works to promote responsible fishing of our Earth's seas and waterways. Additionally, we source the bulk of our seafood from local businesses, because the local community deserves our loyalty and gratitude.
