About
Julie's Inspiration
After overcoming a terminal heart condition that originally gave her a life expectancy of 12, Julie believes that she was given the gift of a second chance at life. But, a gift is only as good as what someone does with it, and so Julie's inspiration comes from hoping to live in gratitude for that second chance at life and share the joy, lessons and adventures that she has learned along her journey.
Julie Wilkes - Founder and Director of Possibilities
Julie has a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Marietta College. She is a Master Fitness Trainer/Instructor through ACE and Fitour and presents workshops, lectures and certifications on a regular basis. She is the regional Master Instructor for LifeTime Fitness and a 5 Star Presenter. Julie also has several yoga, pilates, group fitness and cycling certifications. Julie has spoken and presented across the globe, including at the US Chamber of Commerce, SCW Education Mania Conferences, US Department of Defense, and has sat on a panel discussing wellness at The White House. Julie has shot over 80 fitness and motivational videos, has several health and wellness mobile phone apps and is an author. Julie was selected as one of FITNESS MAGAZINE'S Top 10 Champions of Health and Wellness, was named a 40 Under 40 award winner, TechColumbus Innovation Award Finalist, one of 1oo Buckeyes You Should Know, a lululemon athletica ambassador and a national correspondent for myGroupFit. She also has started several efforts to impact the world in little and big ways, through: Inspire the World Day; Cody's Wish; Mats for Paws; Operation: Fitness Freedom (for the armed forces overseas); and Operation: Warm Hug.

Lunchtime special! 12:05-12:50! Enjoy all the benefits of a strong, powerful flow class and still be able to return to work smelling and looking good! We purposely keep the temperature lower than our other yoga classes for this express yoga class at lunch! Enjoy the strength, flexibility and inspiration that comes from flowing through a yoga class. Instructors use traditional foundation and bring their creative and individual styles to make every class personal, welcoming and motivating! Be ready for high-energy music, and a challenge! You'll be addicted! An intermediate class (ii), the instructor provides modifications and progressions, so it is suitable for all levels (beginners may want to take a beginner class first but could do this class successfully). We keep facial wipes, body spray, deodorant and other toiletries on hand for you to freshen up with after class!
Yoga Flow7 (HOT) (All levels)
Enjoy the strength, flexibility and inspiration that comes from flowing through a hot yoga class. Instructors use traditional foundation and bring their creative and individual styles to make every class personal, welcoming and motivating! Be ready for high-energy music, heat, and a challenge! You'll be addicted! Suitable for all levels (beginners may want to take a Beginner class first but could do this class successfully). Bring on the heat!
Barre7 - (45 Express)
This class combines all of the elements in our 60-minute class, in an express version of 45-minutes. This class is focused on strengthening and toning the core, glutes and legs, while inspiring full-body flexibility, coordination and agility. You'll use the ballet bar for part of the class and then shift to the floor where you may use towels, balls, hand weights or pure body strength for additional exercises and movements. We finish the workout with a core strengthening challenge - and you are sure to leave feeling inspired, strong and balanced within your body! Come join us for this fun, express class! No dancing skills needed (but you'll learn to move with grace and strong posture!) All fitness levels welcome. This is a class for both men and women!
HIIT7 - 30
A fun, high-energy 30-minute class, with a variety of movements and apparatus designed to inspire focus on total body conditioning – both muscularly and cardiovascularly. This class is good for those looking to tone up, lose weight, strengthen the body, improve endurance, and be challenged. All levels of fitness are welcome but is considered a high-intensity class - so newbies will need to be ok going at their own pace.
Pilates7
Want more energy, sculpted abdominals, a strong back and a powerful posture? Come to this fun and inspiring class suited for all fitness levels. Our instructors teach this with multiple options per movement so whether you are new to pilates or looking to up your game, this class is sure to be a weekly favorite!

Join us for an outrageous class of cardio meets concert, as you rock drumsticks to the beat of high-energy music while sculpting and toning your body, burning fat and increasing powerful positive energy! Bring out your inner rockstar!
YogaFlow7 (WARM) (All Levels)
Looking for more energy? A limber body? A feel-good workout? Our Warm Flow7 class is a beginner to advanced practice and provides a fun, inspirational flow of sequences that focuses on mind/body connection and provides explanation of each posture. We keep the heat warm, but not hot, for an enjoyable practice.
Hot Slow Flow Burn
Slow down your vinyasa flow to hold postures and poses to find strength, endurance and resiliency in your body and in your mind. Class will consist of a vinyasa flow series, slowed down so that participants hold postures longer than a traditional hot flow class at Seven. Participants will gain the lean muscle tone associated with plyometric work while enjoying the benefits of flexibility and balance of a traditional yoga class. Be prepared to sweat and challenge yourself to a mind and body workout!
Yogaflow7 - Beginners (I) - LYB Friendly
This class is specifically designed to provide the basic fundamentals of vinyasa/ashtanga yoga and move at a pace that allows for learning, questions and modifications to ensure postures are strong and confident! This class can be taken by anyone, but those new to yoga may find this the perfect place to start! Julie loves sharing her love of yoga with those just trying it out and considers it a gift to introduce this practice to you!l (LYB Friendly = Love Your Brain friendly - good for those who have gone through our Love Your Brain program)
Black Lotus Yoga Vibes
A movement practice that fuses power yoga, primal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out. All levels welcome! This is about empowerment and loving your body!
Connect7
Looking for a class that energizes your mind and body, but also provides time to restore and replenish? Connect7 is a Seven Signature class developed to provide a yin and yang balance within your yoga practice. You will begin with a gentle focus and slow movement, move into an all-levels vinyasa flow, and then return to a restorative sealing of the practice. This is a wonderful way to reset the mind and body, heal and stretch while inspiring good energy. You will leave this class feeling renewed and relaxed, but also energized and centered. Good for all levels. This class is not hot. (LYB Friendly = Love Your Brain friendly - good for those who have gone through our Love Your Brain program)
YogaFlow7 (HOT) (I/II)
Enjoy tapping into strength, flexibility and inspiration as you flow through an energizing and fun class! Instructors use a traditional yoga foundation but fuse it with the Seven Studios method, which incorporates inspirational messaging and physical challenges throughout the flow. Be ready for a great workout for the mind, body and soul! You'll leave with a pure focus of good energy and positivity! Suitable for all levels. Modifications will be given, but a beginner may benefit by taking a beginner's class, Level I/II or private lesson first.
Barre7
Want to know a dancer's secret to a strong, lean body? Dancers challenge their bodies with a combination of cardiovascular work, muscle strengthening, and proper nutrition. In Barre7, you'll get all three, a cardio challenge, specific lean-muscle-focused movements to sculpt and strengthen the legs, glutes and abs, and you'll leave with an inspiration for the week! Barre blends ballet with yoga and pilates to create a one-of-a-kind workout! Try Barre7 as a part of a cross-training program focused on a happy and healthy, radiant body, mind and soul! All experience levels welcome. Modifications provided.

Our Yoga Teacher Training offers complimentary yoga to provide our training participants the opportunity to practice what they have learned in their 200 hour course. Yoga Detox
Stimulate your digestive, circulatory, and lymphatic system with a series of twists, forward bends, and warming breath practice to rid your body of impurities both physically and mentally. Like Pilates? Like Yoga? Want to get them both in one workout? You've found it! Get the core strengthening benefits of Pilates and the muscle flexibility and energy from a yoga flow class in one! We love this format and know you will too!.
Yoga for Athletes - LYB Friendly
Yoga for athletes will incorporate postures that focus on flexibility, balance, and stretching for muscles that tend to get overused in our athletic endeavors. We will work on strengthening the core muscles and breathing techniques to promote relaxation and tension reduction. We will utilize yoga tools to enhance stretches and individual postures. This 60 minute class will be a mixture of simple vinyasa flows and stretches with modifications for all levels and comfort. No yoga experience necessary.
HIIT7 - 60
A fun, high-energy 60-minute class, with a variety of movements and apparatus designed to inspire focus on total body conditioning – both muscularly and cardiovascularly. This class is good for those looking to tone up, lose weight, strengthen the body, improve endurance, and be challenged. While all levels of fitness are welcome due to modifications and progressions given, someone new to fitness may want to begin with the 30-minute version or Pilates or Barre, which will help build endurance over time.
DanceFit7 (OULA)
This class is perfect to inspire your mind, body and spirit! High-energy music is incorporated with fun choreography that makes everyone feel like a rockstar on the dance floor.

Restore7
In order to speed up, sometimes we must slow down. Our body breaks down each day - from stress, the way we move and repeat our actions. When we don't restore our body, we feel achy, tired and have less energy. Restore7 focused on inspiring participants to slow down so that they can be more powerful and have more energy in their life. The class consists of yoga postures that energize and rejuvenate the body. Participants will use props and a series of movements that allow the body to twist, turn, and release. This is a great part of a weekly fitness routine, as it allows you to get back into your workouts or practice with new energy and a relaxed and restored body, and mind.
