Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, Sessanta takes inspiration from mid-century Italy, combining the avant-garde aesthetic of Giò Ponti with the glamour of Federico Fellini to transport diners to the post-war heyday of Italian culture. Inspired by travels throughout Italy the menu includes dishes such as Pork Sausage with peppers, Sicilian honey and caciocavallo and Fennel Tortellini with pine nuts, golden raisins, saffron and fried sardines.
