At Samuel's we take 1/2 lb. of ground chuck and char-grill it over an open flame. Our Back Yard Burger is basted with our original recipe grill baste. Our Honey Mustard Provolone Burger is seasoned and char-grilled then topped with Provolone cheese and served with our homemade honey mustard on the side. We can also add bacon, mushrooms, grilled onions and /or green peppers etc. Tell us what you like, if it's in our kitchen we'll cook it for you

Both our Mahi mahi and Alaskan Coho Salmon are consistently of the highest quality, that of any of the finest restaurants. Also available 'BLACKEND' and on occasions pan seared in olive oil with green olive, black olives, and diced tomatoes, then deglazed with white wine and a squeeze of lemon and finished in it own lemon butter sauce...
