The S.E. Mackey Center is a first class workout/fitness facility which offers a wide variety of programs and activities for its members. This facility is a community fitness initiative of the Full Gospel United Pentecostal Church of Baton Rouge and is open to church members and the general public. The S.E. Mackey Center is named after the late Sylvan and Emma Mackey. Pastor and First Lady Mackey have special significance because they are the founders of Full Gospel United Pentecostal Church; founding the church in 1954. This facility was constructed in the year 2006, and is a direct result of the Vision and Purpose of the Senior Pastors, the Late Bishop Richard V. Allmon Sr. and First Lady Lois S. Allmon who is usually found Volunteering her time at the S. E. Mackey Center.
