There are over 15 pizzas to choose from on the menu, including both "red flame" (housemade red sauce, mozzarella and romano) and "white flame" (brushed with garlic oil, mozzarella, ricotta, romano cheese, oregano, basil and black pepper) selections. Highlights of the pizzeria menu include "The Big Mart" named after founder Marty Gallagher (housemade Italian sausage and pepperoni), "The Southside" (Italian beef with hot giardiniera and chili oil), "Pizza ala Rosalia" (pesto, artichoke hearts, shrimp and roasted garlic), "Wild Shrooms" (wild mushrooms, thyme and whipped roasted garlic goat cheese), "The Dakota" (chicken, rosemary and sliced potato) and "Prosciutto" (sliced prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, basil and extra virgin olive oil). We make our dough, sauce, Italian sausage, Italian beef and giardiniera in house and utilize locally sourced products. Specialty pizzas will be introduced weekly and an herb garden will provide fragrant seasonings once the outdoor dining area (seats 20) opens in the Spring of 2011.
