The essence of Potomac Grill started in the mind of two very different individuals, Luis Martinez & Scott Blaugrund.
As both were foodies & restaurateurs, they were driven to search for a restaurant of their own. A place with great service, mouth-watering food and all the accolades that shape a fine eating establishment. Both Luis and Scott were destined to succeed but neither realized they had no possibility for failure. They studied the market, worked on menus, planned their steps carefully, pulled in resources, involved their families and waited for the perfect time to open The Potomac Grill.
Luis & Scott have been able to capitalize on each other's strengths to become a power-house restaurant in Rockville, Maryland. Potomac Grill is a place that offers excellent service including servers who know your name. Once you visit us, you end up bringing friends, family and clients again and again. The large portions, great prices and homemade chips make it an easy place to frequent.
