Full Body
Our signature '40-min full body' class will bring the intensity, power, sweat, shake and burn to every workout! Done on state-of-the-art Megaformers (M3-S), these machines provide constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer. The M3-S allows the body to shift quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another while increasing the heart rate and getting the blood pumping. The Megaformer attacks each and every muscle in a concentrated and focused manner to sculpt strong, powerful and lean bodies in a safe and measured way. What to Wear: Yoga-inspired apparel. Socks required (grip preferred).
True Beginner
This slower paced more technical class is great if you're new to PPLJ and the M3-S machine. In 40-min you will be lead in a small group (6 and under), the essential 10 PPLJ Full Body exercises with more time for major modifications and variations. This is a great introduction to PPLJ, however this class is only meant to be taken 1 to 2 times before advancing to the Full Body Signature class.

Studio Policies
Cancellation Policy
We require a 12-hour notice before making any kind of changes to your schedule. If you are on an Unlimited Package, you will be charged $15 each time you 'late cancel' or reschedule a class without giving us the full 12 hour notice. A $25 charge will apply for each No Show. If you are on a Class Package, you will be charged $15 each time you 'late cancel' or reschedule a class without giving us the full 12 hour notice and a No Show will result in a 1 (one) class deduction. No exceptions. We understand emergencies happen. Please call or email us immediately to have your circumstances reviewed. This courtesy allows others members the opportunity to get their workout in.
Socks Required
For safety and sanitary purposes, PPLJ requires that all clients wear socks during class. Although not required, grip socks are recommended. We sell a variety of grip socks at the studio if you choose to purchase them.
Late Policy
We get it, we all run late occasionally. If you are registered for class and are running late, please call us so we can either save your spot or give it to a client waiting. Due to the nature of our 40-min classes, we do have a strict 5-min 'late policy'. If we have not heard from you and you're more than 5-min late to your scheduled class, your spot will be given to the first person on the waitlist or walk-in.

Pilates plus La Jolla has some of the finest and most professional trainers in San Diego, all of whom are experts at teaching lagree fitness. Each trainer has their own distinct style and background, so we suggest that you take sessions with several of them to find the best fit for you. Class Description
Pod Private - $40 - 4-7 Pp Max (55-Min)
During COVID times, we are temporarily offering 55-min Small Private Pod Sessions with 4-7 people max. Everyone will enter through the back door and masks are required upon entry, anytime off of the machine and while exiting. Temperatures will be taken and as always, socks are required. You can wear your mask while working out as well, we do not require it. Please do not attend classes if you are not feeling well or anyone in your household is sick or experiencing COVID like symptoms. As a bonus to attend these Small Private Pods, you will receive 15% off any retail at OHEY, the same day as your class.

Unlike any Pilates I've ever done! Reformer Pilates is great, but SPX at Pilates Plus using the Proformer takes your workout to the next level. The classes are challenging, but doable and you'll definitely feel it the next day but honestly you will start to see changes in your body in less then a month.
