Open Reformer
Utilizing steel springs of varying resistances to strengthen, tone and add flexibility to one's body; lie, sit, stand and kneel on the Reformer to work its magic.
Barre2Sculpt
Our own exclusive Barre workout to sculpt and tone; utilizes ballet barre, light weights, small balls and bands; no pre-req.
Mixed Equipment
Use of both Reformer and Tower to gain strength, tone and flexibility.
Beginner Reformer
A true beginner class to introduce one to the exercises on the Universal Reformer.

Linda Houck - Owner & Certified Pilates Teacher
Linda Houck has spent over 30 years training and learning, following her graduation from the University of Pennsylvania. She began as a Personal Trainer and, over the years, has become the area's go-to for the methods of Pilates to heal and maintain her clients' bodies.
Karin Pitcairn - Certified Pilates Teacher
While living in San Francisco and working in marketing/advertising, i realized i wanted to do something with my life that helped others in a positive way. My passion for fitness turned into a career in 2003 when i became an afaa certified personal trainer, followed later as a afaa certified group exercise instructor. Shortly after having my daughter, i was back in the gym but weight training was too strenuous for my joints. It was at that time that i began my own pilates practice at pilates by linda. Three years later, i knew i wanted to help others in the same way. In 2012, i became a certified pilates teacher on all equipment through the basi program. I am involved in the development and instruction of the barre2sculpt (tm) class exclusively at pilates by linda. "i believe that overall fitness is achieved through balancing our minds as well as our bodies. In my experience, frequent exercise has brought synchronicity to my life to help manage the stresses of daily living. If the mind and body are in balance, then a perfect harmony is created within each of us".
Regina Labetskaya - Certified Pilates Teacher
Regina began studying Pilates in 2002, receiving her first certification in Minsk, Belarus in 2008. This was followed by a certification through the Pilates Institute in Moscow in 2010. After moving to the USA in 2011, she started working at Pilates by Linda. In 2012, Regina was certified through the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training Course.
Denise Mccann - Certified Pilates Teacher
After receiving her MA from St. Josephs University, Denise worked as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. Following a life-changing injury, she discovered Pilates as a way to facilitate her healing process. She started practicing Pilates weekly with Linda in 2016. Denise felt so strongly about her successful progress that she wanted to be able to share the gift of Pilates with others. She entered the Body Precision Teacher Training which she successfully completed in early 2018.

The balance and control that are inherent characteristics of a good Pilates program have a tendency to spill over into all other areas of one's life.
We try to be true to the teachings of Joe Pilates. He believed that the definition of physical fitness was "the attainment and maintenance of a uniformly developed body with a sound mind fully capable of naturally, easily, and satisfactorily performing our many and varied daily tasks with spontaneous zest and pleasure."
