Nora was founder Kathy Watson’s mother, Nora Fruh, who died in 2007, and this restaurant is in part a tribute to her. It’s also a tribute to you, and your desire for food with a difference. A place to remember, and return.We buy our fruits, vegetables and meats from local farmers and ranchers whenever we can. Most of our beef, lamb and pork comes from Mountain Shadow Natural Meats in Dufur, just around the back side of Mount Hood. The meat is fresh, and raised without added antibiotics and hormones, and fed all vegetable feed, and very little grain.
