Pilates
A full body routine that helps build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination. A multi-level class experience using inertial & vibration training integrated with classic mat & resist-a-ball movements.
Yoga
A variety of yoga styles are taught at different levels to ensure a safe and challenging experience for all students. Look your best and expect gains in mental clarity while you build strength, stamina, and flexibility..
Spin
Mussel Beach Health Club offers the largest indoor spinning program on the Outer Cape. Let the instructor guide you through this 60 minute indoor cycling, non-impact class to great music.
Boot Camp
A full body routine that helps build flexibility, core strength, endurance and coordination. A multi-level class for all ages and body types.
All in ONE
This class will test the limits of your strength and endurance levels. If you are looking for a high intensity class that is part bootcamp, part core, and part strength training, this is for you!
Step
A traditional step class designed to get the heart racing while toning & defining the lower body.
Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
A fantastic class offering a gentler workout to tone all areas of the body to fun, motivating music.
Flow & Glow
A Class that starts with a 15 minute aerobic workout followed by an upbeat but relaxing mixture of yoga and stretching. Designed for all fitness levels
Vicious Cycle
A 45 minute high-intensity, fat-shredding spin class followed by a 30 minute full-body workout. Get your body ripped and primed for a day at the beach. A one-of-a-kind class offered only at Mussel Beach Health Club.
Yoga / Pilates Fusion
Work on getting a strong mid-section, develop balance & posture, while releasing stress and increasing relaxation. This class combines postures and exercises from both yoga and pilates.
TRX Circuit
This class focuses on flexibility and stretching while incorporating strength movements, it is a class for all levels but it is a high intensity level of activity.
STRONG
This class is designed for participants looking to increase their intensity levels of training. STRONG utilizes a combination of HIIT, body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been reverse-engineered to match every single move.

Cardio Fitness
1,000+ sq ft dedicated to the same equipment found at gyms in major cities. Members/guests can choose from 30 pieces of equipment, including elliptical crosstrainers, treadmills, steppers, bikes, and rowing machines.
Free Weights & Machines
To shape up and get fit, building muscle is essential. Mussel Beach Health Club provides Provincetown's largest strength training facility. Mussel Beach features 2,500+ sq ft of free weights and fitness machines.
Group Fitness
Members/guests can create a well-balanced workout routine with our group fitness program. Strength & Aerobic Conditioning TRX, Bootcamps,Step, Total Body Conditioning.
