We offer classes for people of all ages who wish to improve coordination and balance in their bodies, all while strengthening their core. Our purpose is to educate you in your movement so that you attain good posture, move well and get stronger
Pilates is a type of body conditioning routine that helps build muscle strength, flexibility and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It can help in getting rid of a chronic pain.
Pilates training allows you to modify the range of difficulty from beginner to advanced levels. This training puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment and breathing. Pilates has been proven beneficial in a number of ways including injury prevention, rehabilitation, pre and postnatal phases, and sports-specific training
We have a dedicated team of certified instructors who ensure that you'll have a positive experience and gain immensely from these workouts.
Their many years of training have allowed them excel in creating client specific workouts without losing any of the intensity and innovation we have come to be known for. Our instructors are sure to take care of every client individually and make sure they are getting what they came for. We offer group Pilates classes that can cater to large or small groups of people, so there is always an option. We have students that come from a wide variety of backgrounds, like stay at home moms, people recovering from injuries, and everyone in between. We focus on creating a warm environment in our Pilates classes to make it rewarding for you

This is where it all starts! The mat is the core of the Pilates method. The "Pilates Method" is an exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. The Pilates Method includes exercises for every part of the body and applications for every kind of activity resulting in longer, leaner muscles. The objective is a coordination of mind, body, and spirit--something Joseph Pilates called "contrology." Mixed level group classes are appropriate for those with some prior Pilates experience and no injuries. You will be taking classes with others that have a variety of Pilates experience and variations will be taught for each level. A wide range of props are used in this class to enhance and deepen your movement experience. Inspiring and invigorating!
Tower - Mixed level
Take the Pilates Mat class and add spring resistance to it, and you have a muscle defining Tower class. Everything gets connected: Legs, Armsand the Core! By using the Leg Springs, Roll Down Bar or the Push Through Bar for resistance, you build long lean muscles and balanced body development
Reformer - Mixed Level
The Reformer is the most versatile piece of equipment developed by Joseph Pilates. Using a simple wooden frame, a movable carriage, springs, a footbar, and adjustable arm and foot loops, Joe invented an exercise machine that addresses virtually every part of the body! From leg presses, to abdominals, to arms, to standing work, Joe developed progressive exercises that can be used with clients of all kinds from the novice to the super fit. Mixed level group classes are appropriate for those with some prior Pilates experience and no injuries. You will be taking classes with others that have a variety of Pilates experience and variations will be taught for each level. Our intimate setting allows you to learn the exercises with mindfulness

EXO® Chair - Mixed Level
The EXO® Chair delivers a unique and fun, full-body workout. Add in a Functional Resistance Kit and you can push and pull! This gives you a host of new exercises not possible with any other chair - including many that could previously be done only on a Reformer - and offers a challenging cardio/aerobic workout
Reformer - Level 1
Curious about Pilates Equipment Classes or just want to get back to the basics? Mind Over Movement Level 1 classes are highly recommended for anyone new to the Pilates practice or for those who want get back to the basics. Participants will be introduced to the Reformer; focusing on, posture, alignment, breathing, cueing & equipment setup. These classes will help you build the basic skills to be a successful Pilates class student and get faster results
Reformer - Intermediate I
The Reformer is the most versatile piece of equipment developed by Joseph Pilates. Using a simple wooden frame, a movable carriage, springs, a footbar, and adjustable arm and foot loops, Joe invented an exercise machine that addresses virtually every part of the body! From leg presses, to abdominals, to arms, to standing work, Joe developed progressive exercises that can be used with clients of all kinds from the novice to the super fit. The Intermediate level class is appropriate for those that have previous Pilates Reformer experience (5 or more classes or approval from an instructor), and have no current injuries or health restrictions that would prevent you from taking a group exercise class. We recommend comfortable fitting exercise clothing, but nothing that could catch in the equipment; those with long hair, we suggest you tie it back. 5 students maximum to one instructor enables personal attention for each student

Reformer - Intermediate II
Break through your Pilates Plateau! This Intermediate Level II Reformer class will focus on deep work that will challenge and push you to the next level in your Pilates Reformer practice. You need to be able to tolerate deep flexion as the these classes will bring you to the more the more advanced repertoire. Don't just pretend like you are doing Pilates, do Pilates!

20/20/20 - Mixed Level
A fun and diverse class that offers a range of equipment from the Wunda Chair to the Cadillac to the classic Reformer. The class is 55-minutes and only holds four! If you love it (and you will) be sure to pre-register into the class. It's worth it!
Pilates Equipment - Advanced
The Advanced class is for Pilates Instructors and those students who have mastered our Intermediate Level classes. Joe's super advanced work will be introduced as well as the direction that Pilates is entering in the 21st century. Prerequisite: No back or shoulder injuries. Must tolerate flexion (no osteoporosis). Instructor permission required
Bodhi - Mixed Level
Bodhi in Sanskrit means "to awaken." The Bodhi Suspension System stimulates the deep support system in the body to create integrated, functional, fluid movement. The Bodhi provides four independent points of suspension creating an environment where balance, strength and flexibility work together to create a more active, more alive exercise experience
