Cardio Kickboxing
Fun and effective kickboxing class that is up-beat and will help you learn the fundamentals of kickboxing!
Piloxing
A class designed to mix both pilates and boxing.

C.O.R.E. is a system that merges the best of physique development, athletic conditioning. The goal is to build lean muscle mass and develop a positive hormonal response increasing fat loss, while creating an aesthetically please physique.
