We started our vision in 2004 in Orange County, California. From the very beginning we knew we had created a brand new concept in the restaurant industry that was here to stay. One that was centered around daily deliveries of fresh seafood in a fast-casual atmosphere where people could actually afford to eat every day. We soon added hormone-free chicken, and grain-fed beef to create a one-of-a-kind gourmet menu that is centered around fresh ingredients and impeccably clean preparation.
