Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga Workshop

in ashtanga yoga all asanas are synchronized with the breath, giving the practice a very powerful organic effect. in this introductory workshop you will learn the standing sequence of asanas which includes sun salutations and standing postures. it will also give you the background that you would need to take the ashtanga yoga classes. all levels are welcome. diane lagadec, steve coburn & dee bergman.
