In this type of restaurant the specialty is "churrasco" (shoo-HAS-koh). what simply means barbecue (or meats roasted on a pit/grill).Normally, the "churrasco" is served in a "Rodizio" (roh-DEE-zyoo). "Rodizio" is the method of constantly serving different cuts of meats (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb, etc.) on skewers. The meats are served in succession to each guest, individually, right at the table.
