We make our rolls Maine-style! The seafood is served *chilled* atop a buttered and toasted New England-style, split-top bun with a swipe of mayo, a sprinkle of lemon butter and a dash of secret spices. (Rolls can be made with no mayo, butter or spices -- just ask!) Luke's Lobster opened in October 2009, born of ex-lobsterman Luke Holden's undying passion for all things Maine. Luke gets his lobster from father Jeff's sustainable Maine seafood company, making our rolls much more affordable than the "other guys."
