Kundun Yoga offers classes for beginners to intermediate / advance levels. Teaching mainly Vinyasa flow yoga we put a great emphasis on alignment and correcting body alignment for each body type to help each student to grow to their next level within the yoga practice. Incorporating Ujjayi breath this yogic practice becomes a moving mediation to bring each students to more awareness about themselves, relaxing anxiety, stress and healing each one deeply from the inside out. Each yoga sessions becomes one's own medicine to heal emotional, mental and physical ailments giving you room to expand to a better and bigger you.
