About Us

ken forkish opened ken's artisan bakery on NW 21 st avenue in Portland, Oregon in November 2001 following a silicon valley career as an sales guy. ken's artisan bakery is now well known for its bread, pastries and sandwiches, delivering bread to many of Portland's  finest restaurant, and offering products at the bakery reminiscent of the classic and timeless boulangeries of Paris.
