About Us

For over a century, no visit to Miami has been complete without stopping in at Joe's Stone Crab, one of the most legendary restaurants in the world. In 2000, Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab premiered in Chicago, the result of a partnership between Lettuce Entertain You and the Weiss family. Featuring prime bone-in steaks, an extensive selection of jet-fresh seafood and delicious Florida Stone Crabs, Joe's quickly became one of the most popular dining spots in Chicago. 2004 marked the opening of Joe's in Las Vegas, at the Forum Shops at Caesars, continuing the legacy that began in Miami Beach almost a century ago.
