Please call the day before or the day of to reserve your spin bike. Spin instructors will have a roster of class participants. No more than one person may sign up per phone call (unless in same household). Check-in at the front desk and receive a chip after verified that your name is on the reservations sheet. The instructor will collect your chip before class begins. We ask that you arrive five minutes prior to the start time of class. Please keep in mind that class begins promptly at the start time and if you are late, your reservation may be given away. Happy spinning!

Gentle
A wonderful way to become acquainted with yoga & improve the body's awareness, balance, health, strength & flexibility. Ideal for the beginner or those wanting a gentle, more meditative practice

A specific sequence of standing & seated postures practiced in a heated room. This class is designed to build stamina, flexibility, strength & balance within the body. The heated room promotes sweating which helps rid the body of toxins & increases flexibility. All levels welcome
Hot Vinyasa*
Linking breath with movement". A challenging style of yoga in which each pose is connected with the breath. This class will increase endurance, challenge muscular energy, release tension & help to flush the body of wastes & toxins. Experience recommended

Multi-level flow
a guided practice encouraging breath with movement. This practice is perfect for all levels; the teacher will deepen your body awareness and give modifications as needed
Multi-Flow level II
