Our Process
Easy Scheduling
all hoodz customers are entered into our proprietary scheduling software which automatically alerts us when your exhaust system needs to be inspected. once your restaurant becomes a hoodz customer and an inspection/cleaning frequency is established, our scheduler contacts the restaurant management at least one week prior to the inspection/cleaning due date and establishes a specific date and time for our technicians to arrive at your restaurant. further, we always give a reminder call a few hours prior to the inspection/cleaning and arrival of our technicians
While We Clean: Try Our Secured Key Program
most hoodz customers take advantage of our secured key program, which allows us to have a key and assigned alarm code to your restaurant. because of our national reputation and being fully insured and bonded, most restaurant owners prefer that we perform our cleaning in the middle of the night and allow us to lock-up and set the alarm for the restaurant after we are finished. while most make other arrangements, some hoodz customers do prefer to schedule restaurant management or security at the same time we clean; in those cases, we always work to accommodate the restaurant owner’s preference

Fan Access Panel Installation
