I found my top 9 healthy tip list in an update I did a couple of years ago. With COVID and other viruses still around, it is good to remember that a virus loves an unhealthy host. So what can we do to keep ourselves healthy? In no order of importance here is my top 9 list. 1. 8 hours of restful sleep every night with a consistent wake time 2. Vit D3 +K2. We are finally at the time of year where we can synthesis from the sun, so get outside and enjoy the sunshine! I use a supplement from September to June. 3. Positive mental attitude. Surround yourself with positive people and experiences. Do things that make you happy 4. Strong bonds and relationships with others. Relationships matter and sometimes a hug from your favorite cat, dog or person is exactly what you need  5. Physical activity. Too often we are “too busy”. Overcome this by making appointments with yourself to stretch, work out with a friend, take the dog for a walk, plant a garden or dance around to your favorite tunes. Anything that gets you moving! 6. Meditate. Take time to sit quietly and clear your mind. When we allow ourselves to reach the theta level of consciousness, the creative brain is allowed to express itself. 7. Regular chiropractic adjustments. To reduce overall stress and inflammation and create a greater state of ease. 8. Stay hydrated! Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of pure water 9. Eat the land. Eat clean natural foods that are fresh or minimally processed.
