In September, 1988, Fred and Matoula Dallas opened their first
restaurant on this site, which they built and named Bit of Country. Exactly
ten years later, they passed the torch to their daughter and son-in-law,
Helen and Mark Haro, and their dream of the Hickory Ranch Steakhouse
became reality. The Haros now carry on the family tradition of great food
and excellent service delivered in a warm, friendly atmosphere. All dishes
are prepared fresh daily from the highest quality ingredients. Hickory
Ranch is known for homemade soups, all Certified Angus Beef® products
including steaks, hamburgers and delicious ribs, a variety of pasta and
chicken specialties, and the freshest seafood selections. For your dining
enjoyment, there is also a full bar on the premises, offering specialty
cocktails and a large selection of wine and beer. Whether it’s Friday night
karaoke or watching sporting events on 6 TVs and a 120” HDTV, you’ll find
the Sports Bar is a lively, fun gathering place to meet friends old and new.
