In Italian, GUSTO means “taste or flavor.” In English, it means “hearty or keen enjoyment, as in eating or drinking.” Whatever language you speak, it is an appropriate description for the experience we offer at GUSTO. As I've gone through life I have built a passion for many things but in most cases this lasted for a short time. My passion for family, friends and good food, however has never faded. A taste, a touch, a smell—they can stimulate all of our senses. For me the smell of anise in a cookie, the splatter on the stove from a pot of sauce, the aroma of fresh coffee brings back my mother and grandmother's voices echoing "Come and eat."
