Cinco Lagos is Chef Brian Polcynâ€™s reinvention of Five Lakes Grill. For 14 years Five Lakes Grill graced the town of Milford as a destination restaurant that brought foodies from all over to dine. In July 2009 Five Lakes Grill closed its doors only to reopen as Cinco Lagos which means five lakes in spanish.
