he home of Em's Restaurant is located in the meticulously renovated hundred-year-old Center Street Market Building, cleverly situated in the heart of Salt Lake City’s historic Marmalade Hill. It is here where Chef/Owner Emily Gassmann continues her family legacy of a local neighborhood bistro. The fare at Em's is simple elegance. All items are prepared fresh by hand from only the finest local and organic ingredients. Chef Gassmann maintains relationships with local produce and agricultural producers to offer only the best ingredients available.
