Empellón Taqueria opened its doors on March 22nd 2011 with the intention of treating tacos with a high level of respect and serving them in a unpretentious and social environment. Empellón offers a diverse selection of tacos and other casual Mexican fare. The menu has been designed with the idea in mind that most ingredients worth eating can benefit further by being placed on top of a well-made tortilla. The kitchen team at Empellón explores the more ubiquitous flavors that we love about Mexican cooking in this country as well as the more obscure ones that we all should be loving by now.
