Emily's Café & Catering was established in the spring of 2004 by James and Emily Matticoli. James, executive chef/owner, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and then worked at Top of the World Restaurant in Breckenridge, Colorado. He went on to study and work in Italy, spending time cooking in highly Michelin-rated restaurants in Torino and Senegalia. Following his training experience in Italy, James worked as a Sous Chef at Chamber's Walk Café and Catering where he spent six years before opening Emily's Café & Catering.
