About Us

Located in downtown Walnut Creek, Ã‰levÃ© Restaurant offers an update on classic Vietnamese cuisine. Inspired by fresh ingredients, the menu includes the familiar flavors of the GÃ²i Cuá»n (Shrimp Spring Rolls), as well as the tantalizing taste of the signature Riesling Prawns.
Chef and Co-Owner Michele Nguyen grew up in the restaurant business. After 15 years of running the family business, she ventured off to open Ã‰levÃ© in January 2010. The restaurant marks the beginning of her desire to bring forth great tastes in a unique way.
