Duck Soup Inn is a comfortable island restaurant serving fresh, sophisticated Northwest cuisine. The seasonal menus are based on fresh Pacific seafood, island produce, homegrown herbs, and the best quality meats and poultry. Applewood-smoked local oysters are a house specialty.
Since 1975 Duck Soup Inn has had a reputation for offering some of the most delicious food and wine in the region. The restaurant has also received enthusiastic reviews online and from various publications including Bon Appétit, Pacific Northwest Magazine, Seattle Times, Gourmet, Travel & Leisure, and Fodor's.
Four miles outside of Friday Harbor, Duck Soup Inn is set in woods overlooking scenic ponds. Comfortable booths, a fieldstone fireplace, and paintings by local artist Malcolm Ross create an atmosphere that is both cozy and elegant.
