Donato Coluccio, is a McKeesport native and former Executive Chef Partner of The Capital Grille Pgh, the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center/Steelhead, and Corporate Executive Chef of Shaner Hotel Group, and has served on the Culinary Advisory Boards The Art Institute of Pgh, and Bidwell Training Center. Donato is an Active Member of the American Culinary Federation Pgh Chapter holding Certified Executive Chef Status as well as a Chef Rotisseur in the local chapter of the Chaine des Rotisseurs. Donato and his team are heavily involved in many community and charity organizations including The American Liver Foundation, The March of Dimes and many more.
