About Us

Opened September 5th 2004, Die Bierstube is the second German tavern from Chris Navarra.  A favorite haunt for neighbors in Roosevelt and students from nearby UW, â€˜The Stubeâ€™ is a raucous place to meet friends and celebrate any occasion.  Our eleven German biers on tap taste great with a curried bockwurst or tangy sauerkraut. Whether you choose a stein or a boot,  we pour all our biers the way they were intended in traditional glassware, with a great, creamy head.
