Gentle Yoga
This class works well for all-levels from the beginner to experienced practitioner seeking some Zen and deeper peace. Class begins with intention setting, grounding the breath and a slow warm-up. We will progress to Sun-Salutations with standing and/or some balancing poses. We will finish on the mat and end with guided meditation and Sivasana. Cues will offer suggestions to help your body fit the pose vs making the pose fit your body, always building on the breath and matching breath with movement. Patanjali's Sutras are woven through class with reminders of how to live your Yoga off the mat too, making this practice is a great way to start the week! The only pre-requisite is an open heart and mind. Beginners welcomed. Mobility moving from seated on the mat to standing is helpful but not required. Adaptations are provided making this class accessible to varied ages and abilities. If you have specific mobility issues please talk to the instructor before class so accommodations can be made.
All Levels Vinyasa
Join Kristen for a smooth yet active vinyasa class, transitioning from one asana(pose) to the next linking movement to breath. Create warmth and prana(life force energy)and experience the mind, body, breath connection that is yoga. Suitable for all levels. Some yoga experience is helpful, however modifications are provided.
Heart Flow Vinyasa
This 60-minute class is a gentle, yet nourishing experience for the mind, body and soul. It provides a strong focus on connecting breath and movement. The class will begin with Sun Salutations followed by some anchoring standing poses to bring in balance and connect you to your roots. The class will end with some nurturing floor poses. Whether you are new to yoga or wanting to deepen your practice, this class is for every body. Classes may include information on the subtle energy bodies known as chakras, a guided meditation, and essential oils.
Virtual Yoga
Want to join us on your mat from home? Join us virtually for a peaceful practice online. This practice joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a sense of peace, stability, and well-being. You will receive an email invite to a google meeting for class a few minutes before class.

Mixed Level Hatha
A series of asanas with emphasis on alignment, coordinated with the breath, to build strength and increase flexibility, self-awareness and ending in deep relaxation to integrate the practice. These classes emphasize precision and body awareness and use props such as blocks and straps to facilitate movement into the poses. Hands-on assists are offered when necessary to ensure optimal alignment. Options are offered for beginners and allow more advanced students to go deeper into the poses
Rise and Energize
Increase focus, resilience, and clarity for your whole being. This class begins with pranayama (breathwork) to support movements that build energy and stability. Postures will be seated, standing, and supine with mindfulness prompts woven throughout. Class will conclude with visualization and intention setting for the day ahead. All levels of experience are welcome.

Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy
A combination of classical yoga and elements of contemporary mind-body psychology that facilitates a powerful release of physical and emotional tension. A Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Session is a one-on-one process lasting about an hour. Through assisted yoga postures and non-directive dialogue, Don guides clients to experience the connection of their physical and emotional selves. Yoga Therapy for Physical and Mental Well-being
Body misalignment, injury or illness can manifest as pain in various parts of the body, often as referred pain from the source. By correcting or improving alignment, pain can be alleviated and optimal muscular and skeletal health achieved. During your initial session Caroline will complete a structural alignment assessment and a history & lifestyle review. From this she will create an individual program to address your physical, and if appropriate, emotional challenges. The program will include traditional poses and additional exercises that you will be able to continue practicing in your home. Breath work and meditation techniques will be included as your condition and personal interest directs. Yoga clothing is recommended. The assessment will be completed fully attired. The first of the 3 initial sessions will last for 90 minutes and include a full evaluation. The following 2 sessions will last for 60 minutes each. Subsequent sessions will last for 60 mins each. Access Bars is a powerful way to allow breakthrough into your life.
The bars are 32 points on the head which when lightly touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn't allow you to receive the infinite, amazing you. These points store all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions and considerations you have stored for many lifetimes.
A typical session lasts about an hour and is done lying fully dressed on the massage table.
At the very least it will be the most relaxing hour you've ever spent and at very best...can change your life forever.
