All is homemade with care by a single cook or small team, and the regional influences shine. This is the environment we try daily to recreate. Chef Gordon Vivace and one assistant per night are the entire kitchen, and they strive to create each dish to order with equal care. Show up on a busy night without a reservation and we may ask you to sit and have a drink while the kitchen slows enough to take your order, but if there's a seat available it's yours for the night and we'll be hand-crafting your own Italian experience in no time; hoping to soon add you to our growing family. Our menu changes regularly based on newly available products and seasonal ingredients, just as you'd find in any in Italy. To complement the food, you'll find Italian wines and spirits representing almost every region in Italy. We've got something for nearly every taste and price range.
