The Crown & Hammer Restaurant & Pub was originally established in 2005. In May 2011 ownership was transferred and the kitchen and interior was upgraded and renovated.
Taking the name from the "Crown and Hammer" symbol of the old Collins Company, which during the industrial revolution produced axes and machetes in Collins ville, CT. These tools were used and known for their high quality around the world.
We are committed to maintain a restaurant that is both cutting edge and comfortable with a keen respect for our town's historic past, and eclectic present.
