About Us
Our family is originally from Northern California, where we grew up working in the fields and orchards. Family plays a very important role in our lives, and meal times were one of the things we looked forward to everyday. We had the opportunity to work with the freshest ingredients and spent time together preparing the meals. At that point we realized that we could reach a lot more people if we opened our own restaurant, doing what we do best! Business opportunities in California were hard to come by due to a large population, a lot of competition, and a higher cost for operations.
