Founded in 2002, Coobah has been “mashing” Latin and Asian influences into a menu that is truly one of a kind. We are not a traditional “Cuban” restaurant. You can find our interpretations of Cuban, Spanish, South American and Pacific Rim dishes and drinks- blending flavors and preparations that are not only extremely complimentary, but exciting and unique.
