Coconuts Caribbean started in August 2008; the restaurant core philosophy is to provide a true feel of the Caribbean lifestyle in the heart of Silicon Valley. The restaurant is independently owned by Chef Robert impson. Chef Robert other Restaurant Back A Yard is a Bay Area favorite, while Back A Yard is mainly Take Out and Catering with limited Seating , it a treasure for the Peninsula Foodies. Chef Robert realized the need for a full service restaurant and opened Coconuts Caribbean down town Palo Alto, Coconuts has 110 seats with a private area, and Patio. The Restaurant features a wide selection Caribbean Rums and Beers.
