Chuck’s Fish specializes in fresh fish and shellfish from the Gulf Coast. All of our seafood comes from our wholesale market in Destin, Florida. The fish is strictly “hook and line” caught, by either our own boats or boats we have contracts with. When possible, we use local produce and our meats are all hand cut, either in house or by local markets. We realize that the quality of your meal is dependent on our ability to obtain the freshest products, and that is what we strive to do every day.
